An excellent listener and communicator. A calming presence and a sensitive approach to potentially difficult issues.
Very clear answers to questions about my future, making clear what was certain and what wasn’t, and offering useful guidance about the likelihood of different possible outcomes.
No criticism whatsoever, Dr Cohen was polite, informative and thorough throughout the appointment. Since the appointment he has been an excellent communicator keeping me informed by email and ‘phone.
Dr Cohen was very good to deal with, very courteous and communicated the information well.
Haven attended this clinic before with my mother I was familiar with the lay out but found this was my first time as a patient very daunting, everyone from I enter the clinic on my first day to meeting with Dr.Cohan on my last day to be extremely helpful, kind, reassuring and nothing was a problem.
Dr.Cohan was very thorough in explaining what they were looking for, what was found, what my next steps would be,what further tests needed to be done,he was able to explain all this so we were able to understand everything,he painstakingly repeated things we weren't too sure about but most importantly he made feel reassured and at ease.
He gave us his details so we can contact him at anytime if we are cornered or have any questions for him
